When you open yourself to the continually changing, impermanent, dynamic nature of your own being and of reality, you increase your capacity to love and care about other people and your capacity to not be afraid. You’re able to keep your eyes open, your heart open, and your mind open. And you notice when you get caught up in prejudice, bias, and aggression. You develop an enthusiasm for no longer watering those negative seeds, from now until the day you die. And, you begin to think of your life as offering endless opportunities to start to do things differently.
— Pema Chodron
  • How long are your sessions? Typically all sessions are 50 minutes. Depending on the process we may need slightly more or less, but that will be determined case by case.

Do you work online or 1:1? I am currently travelling and so I offer sessions via Zoom, however when I am in the UK I can meet you in person in London E3 depending on your preference.

Is therapy right for me? If you feel that a little support could be beneficial to your life at this stage, then yes I believe therapy may be right for you. Life is hard, and there are times when we all need help. It is extremely important to find a therapist whose guidance you trust and whom you feel safe with, and so if you would like to have a consultation call before you begin then please just ask.

What are your rates? I charge £60 per session for all therapies. While this is my standard rate, I also do not want anyone to be denied the help they need for financial reasons. If this is beyond your budget please reach out and we can determine how best to proceed.

Are you BACP registered? I studied and certified with Dr Gabor Maté in his own technique, which is currently not recognised for BACP registration. I am however insured to practice by Holistic Insurance Services reg. 6387110

I don’t have any yoga experience, can I still work with you? Absolutely. Yoga therapy is typically a very gentle process, and no prior experience of yoga or any modality is necessary for the work.

Do you offer private yoga classes? Yes. I am available to teach private or group yoga classes on request. While my interest is very much in the therapeutic side of the practice, I still love teaching asana wherever I can.

Do you offer psychedelic sessions? No. While I do not advocate or advise the use of illegal substances, I also understand that psychedelic medicines have been an impactful component of the human experience for thousands of years. Psychedelic Integration is not an endorsement of these substances, however it is a way to help clients through experiences that may have left them with more questions than answers.

  • ‘In a space held very gently and compassionately by Jess, I felt safe enough to go into early life events and really feel and touch the parts of me that so needed to be seen and loved. Jess has an extraordinary compassion and an empathy that tenderly invites the body to talk and express what needs to be heard. Her healing gift is borne of experience and deep wisdom, and with her intuitive support and guidance I felt freer and lighter – she always brought me the right words at exactly the right moment, and the spaces and understanding between the words felt just as important. The sessions I had with Jess were profoundly healing and beautiful, I re-acquainted with my younger wounded self from a viewpoint of love, and with that new meeting came a real sense of wholeness and gratitude from deep inside my being.’

    Sally, UK

‘When I remember the Compassionate Inquiry sessions with you, I get warm feelings of being accepted. In the meetings we had, you helped me to reconnect with myself, in a way that I could reintegrate hidden parts from my childhood. It made and still makes me feel more present. I appreciated your friendly inviting way to look and feel deeper in my body and my soul. Thank you again, with love & respect.‘

    Andreas, Germany

‘Our sessions really helped me to recognise some unconscious behavioural patterns in my life, and identify where they began. It has helped me enormously in relating to myself and to my partner, and I’m so grateful for the clarity that you helped me to find. Your guidance is gentle and encouraging, and I felt perfectly safe in exploring uncomfortable memories while knowing you were there to support me. Thank you!’

    Emily, UK

‘If I could describe Jessica in two words, they would be "Calming and Intuitive". Jess has the most soothing way about her voice as she guides you through each pose and you feel a calm come over you. During yoga sessions with her I almost felt like she could tell where I needed guidance at the exact moment I needed it, which is quite magical.’

    Jake, USA
